Ok so today I deiced to start my much needed and recommended diet . Day one went pretty well I ate an orange for breakfast and then a little mini orange during my lecture. Then at around 12 I ate my pink lady apple which by the way are the best apples in the world during my unexpected study break due to a friggen fire drill…………………..at least it wasn’t a real fire that would be bad. Vegetarianism curry with carrots and green beans for dinner. Because I did have a carb free breakfast I ended up really really hungry by 2 so that was when I decided to have my dinner ,which was really really tasty but spicy and i am not a mucho lover of spice but I hear spicy food is a calorie burner so props for that. I decided not to eat then after my dinner at two but because I was busy with study that was pretty easy although my hunger pangs got to me at about half nice so I decided on another pink lady. No I didn’t do any physical excersise today which is a bummer but with my Spanish exam and my English essay due tomorrow I simply didn’t have time but I will get cracking on that tomorrow or as soon as this god damn essay is finished. Anyway wish me luck.
